Each customer is assigned a manger who attends meetings and sites whenever appropriate and becomes the focal point of contact within the organisation. Site surveys are undertaken by the manager who then comprehensively briefs and monitors the cleaning staff on the duties required.

We believe that comprehensive training is essential for the health and safety of our staff and customers and for the careful management of fixtures, fittings and equipment:
